Block sessions provide the perfect opportunity to work on long term goals and lifestyle changes. I can provide full, intensive workouts that adapt to your changing needs, helping you work towards and past your goals. Sessions are planned in advance around your own medical and fitness needs, with one-to-one training forming the core part of a fitness routine that will fit into your life. Block sessions allow personal training to work alongside home routines and your own fitness activities to achieve a level of physical health that will be sustainable for the future.
Block bookings come with a personal client login which provides details of your personal ongoing programme. Sessions will be based around your own availability. I will be in touch within 48 hours of your order to arrange the details. Training sessions take place in a fully equiped gym in Glasgow, Scotland. Free access to the gym will be provided during PT sessions. Outdoor training can also be arranged.
