Daily Mobility Routine

Mobility is often overlooked yet it is one of the most important elements of a healthy lifestyle. As well as helping us perform exercises more efficiently and smoothly, a regular mobility routine will limit soreness and make you feel better throughout the day. It is especially important to stretch and move properly each and every day, as the more we sit down (be it at home, in the car, or at work) the more our posture becomes out of line from where it should be. The worse this gets the more you will feel aches and pains, and you will also run the risk of permanent damage.

Daily Mobility Routine

Every morning we’re going to spend 5 minutes doing this routine. If it means getting up 5 minutes earlier to fit it in, then it’s worth it. Now ... let’s get started!
