Gordon Horne
When we started training Gordon had hardly ever touched a weight and had never found enjoyment from training, now I can't keep him out of the gym. He has managed to build his deadlift from 70kg all the way up to 180kg and build his fitness levels up to a point when he could complete a circuit to where he is now running a full 5k.
There has been a complete physical change in Gordon but mostly importantly he has found a confidence that he never knew he had. In 2022 I was lucky enough to attend Gordon's wedding to Tracy and to find out from those in attendance how much of a positive change he has made is inspirational. It doesn't stop there for Gordon either, he is determined to keep improving and building himself up for a lifestyle of health and happiness. One of our main aims not is to complete Tough Mudder and raise money for a charity that is very close to his heart
Ross Wilson
The perfect example of what the lifestyle transformation programme is all about!
Ross has managed to lose 14kg while still going on 2 holidays, enjoying nights out all around his busy career. This was all about building steady, easily manageable habits for him to follow and fit around his life not the other way around.
Marco Fallon
Marco’s journey is truly inspirational.
Born with Cerebral Palsy he’s not let it define him or what he’s capable of. He’s gone from being told it would be easier to live in a wheelchair to working a 9-5, going on multiple holidays a year and heading out on regular nights out! He’s living life on his own terms. Strength training has given him the platform to live his life to the fullest and protect from future surgeries. He’s an inspiration to all around him.
Danny Macphee

Danny has always struggled to find the structure to fit around his life, trying in person coaching multiple times. Online has given him the accountability to stay consistent but also the freedom to do it on his own terms and its worked a treat. Strength flying, fat burnt away!
