Single Session

Your single session will be a full, intensive workout developed to your specific health needs and fitness goals. Before your session I will evaluate your Pre-Programme Analysis Form and develop a workout which will take into account any health conditions and exercise preferences, giving you the benefit of a completely personalized routine. Sessions will take place at a time and date suitable for you. I will be in touch within 48 hours of your order to arrange the details. Training sessions take place in a fully equiped gym in Glasgow, Scotland. Free access to the gym will be provided during PT sessions. Outdoor training can also be arranged.
