At Home 4 Week Programme
The At Home 4 Week exercise plan is designed to get you fitter and stronger from the safety of your own home. Throughout the plan you will learn how to take simple steps to make everyday life healthier, with a full 4 Week exercise plan complete with videos for each workout to demonstrate every exercise. You will also get access to a Warm-up, Cooldown and Daily Mobility routine, plus diet tips, a BMR Calculator and a Weight Tracker, which you can use to plot any weight goals.
This plan is a beginner programme best suited to those who have limited experience of exercise, but have a level of mobility that allows them to exercise in the standing position. If you have any concerns about your ability to exercise you should consult a GP before beginning a new programme.
You will require bathroom scales, a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, a seat, a water bottle and a backpack to fully utilise the programme.
